What is the fuel policy?
You should return the car filled up to the same level of fuel as that of the time of pick up.
Is there any surplus charge for extra drivers?
No, there is not.
What are the available payment methods?
You can pay by cash or credit – debit card (Visa – Mastercard), when you pick-up the car.
Is there an age limit to rent a car?
The driver should be over 23 Years old and have a valid driving license.
What is the cancellation policy?
Flexible
Cancel within 48 hours of your trip or if client do not appears at the delivery point, the first day will be charged.
Cancel up to 48 hours before the delivery time and your credit card will not have any charge.
All cancellations have to be made through the ”Modify Reservation” page.
Are there any additional charges?
Our prices are final including the taxes.
What should i do if the car breaks down or I'm involved in an accident?
In both cases, you should immediately call our office.
What insurance options are available?
Car rental insurance is essential, and we offer a range of packages to meet your needs during your stay on Santorini Island.
Our cars are insured against theft, broken glass, third party damage except for a) driver and passengers b) our own vehicle.
1) CDW-Collision Damage Waiver.
The renter is covered for any damage to the rental vehicle:
- over € 600 for car category A, B, C (10 € / day)
- over € 800/1000 for car category D, SUV (10 0r 12 € / day)
To qualify for coverage, you must comply with local traffic laws and drive legally. Please note that the insurance does not cover tire damage, damage to the underside of the vehicle, or the loss or theft of personal belongings.
2) SCDW-Extras Collision Damage Waiver.
The renter is covered for any damage to the rental vehicle:
- over 350 € for car category A, B, C (20 € / day)
- over 400/500/600 € + VAT for car category D, SUV (24 € / day)
Again, you must drive legally and follow local traffic laws to qualify for coverage. Tire damage, damage to the underside of the vehicle, and the loss or theft of personal belongings are not covered.
