What is the fuel policy?
You should return the car filled up to the same level of fuel as that of the time of pick up.
Is there any surplus charge for extra drivers?
No, there is not.
What are the available payment methods?
You can pay by cash or credit – debit card (Visa – Mastercard), when you pick-up the car.
Is there an age limit to rent a car?
The driver should be over 23 Years old and have a valid driving license.
What is the cancellation policy?
Flexible
Cancel within 48 hours of your trip or if client do not appears at the delivery point, the first day will be charged.
Cancel up to 48 hours before the delivery time and your credit card will not have any charge.
All cancellations have to be made through the ”Modify Reservation” page.
Are there any additional charges?
Our prices are final including the taxes.
What should i do if the car breaks down or I'm involved in an accident?
In both cases, you should immediately call our office.
What insurance options are available?
- Third party insurance
All cars include free third party insurance. This pays out on your behalf, if you hurt someone or damage occurs, while you are driving the hired car. However, it doesn’t cover yourself or the hired.
- CDW- Collision Damage Waiver
This insurance is provided with extra charge and protects you from paying for damage that happens to the hired car. when you have Collision Damage Waiver and the rental car bodywork is damaged, you will only have to pay an excess or deductible, rather than the full cost.
